Moretti Interior Design is hiring an interior architect/designer to join its team in London.

Job summary:
- producing high quality project design deliverables from concept phase to construction packages with the overview of senior designer and creative director
- works closely with the project team
- creates meeting minutes after each internal and external design for the senior designer and review and distributes it to the team
- attend site visits, suppliers and manufacturers
- responsible for sample research for projects and to ensure project boxes are kept neat and tidy
- ensures project milestones and deadlines are met with the overview of senior designer
- creates project schedules, design drawings and facilitates the prototype process by liaising between the design team and suppliers
- responsible for the project timetable and interior design budget and works closely with procurement agent to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- undertakes an ongoing review of subsequent stages with the input from the lead designer for key project stages
Skills and requirements:
- a minimum of three to four years’ experience in high-end residential
- experience of managing projects independently, from concept to completion
- FF&E and interior architectural skills important, but with a leaning towards interior architecture
- ability to develop innovative concepts, visualise and confidently explain them both internally and externally
- organisational strength and confidence in the implementation of projects
- good technical understanding of all aspects of interior design, and passionate about keeping up to date with new developments and design trends in the design industry
- attention to detail is paramount
- ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-moving environment
- flexible and able to adapt to deadlines
- excellent presentational skills
- must have a full understanding of project processes from concept, design development through to site implementation
- ability to undertake on-going research of furniture systems, products, finishes and materials
