HPA is seeking a senior architect/senior technologist to join its team in Lancaster, UK.

Working from a converted warehouse, overlooking Lancaster Castle in the historic heart of Lancaster, HPA Chartered Architects are an established and growing practice bordering the Lake District, yet less than an hour from Manchester. We pride ourselves on creating remarkable places with lasting impact.
Senior architect/senior technologist role:
- ARB registered Architect/or MCAIT
- five plus years’ minimum post qualification
- ability and experience to work at project delivery level
- experience of both traditional and design and build contracts
- fluency in Revit, proficient in AutoCAD
- detailing and construction experience
- excellent presentation and graphic skills
- up-to-date knowledge for UK planning and building regulations
- excellent organisational and management skills
- experience of working on multiple projects
- ability to meet deadlines and manage a team
- lead and manage projects from conception to completion
- manage others in a lead consultant role
- mentoring of junior staff
Salary:
- competitive depending on the level of experience
Salary: £30,000 - £39,999
