Andrew Berman Architect is seeking a talented architect with five or more years of experience to join its New York practice.
Candidates should have experience in project management and coordination with sub-consultants at DD, CD and CA phases. They should have experience in producing a CD set and overseeing its construction through to completion, including site observations and submittal review.
Candidates should be self-motivated and have excellent drawing and communication skills. They should be effective managers and be passionate about the profession.
They must already hold a valid permit for work in the USA.
