Studio Soba is hiring a business representative to join its team in Scandinavia.
Architectural visualisation company Studio Soba is seeking freelance or part-time business representative for the Scandinavian region. As a business representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients who require various 3D visualisation services. We are looking for candidates who are professionals with established contacts in the architectural, interior design, and real estate development industries.
Employment type: freelance/remote
Responsibilities:
- leverage your existing network to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients in the architectural, interior design, and real estate development industries who require 3D visualisation services
- identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base
- negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- work closely with our team to ensure successful project delivery
- provide regular updates on market trends and client feedback
Requirements:
- established network and proven track record of success in sales/business development in the architectural, interior design, or real estate development industry
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong organisational and time management skills
- familiarity with local market and industry trends in the 3D visualisation industry
Compensation:
- commission-based pay at the start with a fixed part and commission after a three month trial period with the possibility of full-time and permanent employment
- potential to earn a significant income based on sales performance
