Janine Stone & Co is hiring for a senior/ project architect specialising in super-prime residential to join its team in London.
Janine Stone & Co is an award-winning multidisciplinary practice specialising in the super-prime residential sector, is seeking a highly motivated senior/project architect to join our dynamic team based in our Battersea office.
As a senior/project architect, you will play a vital role in the development of construction strategies, drawings, and details while coordinating with consulting engineers and other professionals to ensure high standards of work are met on time. You will report to the head of architecture while working with project delivery teams and client organisations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience and be either Part 3 or Part 2 with relevant experience. They will also possess strong design and/or technical constructional expertise with a desire for design and/or technical excellence. Experience with running a project or multiple projects is highly desirable.

Key requirements for the role include familiarity with all RIBA stages, particularly technical stages for refurbishments and new builds, knowledge of UK building regulations, excellent knowledge of Word and Excel, strong user of AutoCAD, and Photoshop/sketch up. A driving a licence would also be an asset.
