Janine Stone & Co is a prestigious architecture and interior design firm and is currently searching for an experienced architectural technologist/ technician to join its team in London. With over 30 years of experience, we have built a reputation for designing and developing exceptional private residences that embody unique and intricate details.
The successful candidate will be based in our Battersea office, with the option to work remotely for part of the time. The ideal candidate will have an interior architecture degree or a Part 1/2 architecture qualification, and a minimum of five years of UK-based work experience, particularly in high-end residential projects. We are looking for candidates who have exposure to all stages of design, from concept to construction and handover.
The candidate should have a clear understanding of UK building regulations and excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. They should also possess good skills in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator) and good interiors specification knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills alongside the ability to function as part of a team are key in this role, as well as a sense of intuition, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Applicants must also show the ability to communicate with suppliers confidently and collect all pertinent information to meet project requirements.
