Jo Cowen Architects is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant for a Revit led project to join its team in London.
Jo Cowen Architects is an award-winning architectural practice with smart, creative and agile team of architects, designers, master planners based in Chelsea, London.
We are looking to add to the team talented and forward-thinking Part 2 architectural assistants with experience in the multi-unit residential housing who want to be part of our busy and expanding team.  We are seeking long term team members who want to grow within our studio.
Skills required:
- ability to work within a team, as well as working independently – must be able to take initiative
- good working knowledge of Adobe suite is essential
- excellent organisational and communication skills
- confident Revit user with minimum three years of experience
Required confident level of Revit skills covered by:
- Revit Menu File
- Revit Menu Architecture
- Revit Menu Insert
- Revit Menu Annotate
- Revit Menu Massing and Site
- Revit Menu Collaborate
- Revit Menu View
- Revit Menu Manage
- Revit Menu Modify
- Revit Project Browser
- Revit Properties
Desirable Revit skills:
- DiRootsOne
- Understanding Naming Convention contained in BS 1192 and ISO 19650
- Enscape for Revit
Please note that short Revit competency test will be part of the interview.
Salary level will be dependent on experience of the applicant.
