Retail support staff member
at SCP
SCP is seeking a hardworking retail support staff member to join its retail team in London.
The role suits a practical person, who can manage their time efficiently with exceptional organisation skills. In this position, you will work closely with the showroom, website and warehouse teams.
Based at our head office and showroom in London, the candidate will support with processing orders through to dispatch, answering customer enquiries from the website and showroom, arranging and accepting deliveries to the showroom, manual handing, installation of furniture and lighting displays, and help with general showroom maintenance. We’re looking for somebody with a keen eye for detail, who can work methodically and efficiently.
The role:
- process and fulfill customer orders
- provide excellent customer service via email, phone and in person
- support the showroom team with deliveries, installations and customer service
The person:
- previous ecommerce, retail, and/or administration experience preferred
- knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic IT skills
- good communicator with strong English and maths skills
- excellent administration skills and organised
- self-motivated and a keen problem solver
- able to work as a team as well as independently
- interest in contemporary design
This is a part-time position, three days per week, Tuesday to Saturday.
