GL Seaman & Company is seeking a design director to join its company in Dallas, Texas.

GL Seaman & Company is a leader in commercial interiors and interior construction solutions has retained Searchwise Consultants to search for a design director to join their team.

Experience required:

• managing a design group within a commercial furniture dealership or design firm
• ability to lead, train and direct work of others
• face-to-face customer-interaction (internal and external)
• workplace strategy experience (preferred)

This is a salary plus bonus opportunity, excellent benefits.

Education:

• bachelor’s degree in interior design or associated fields; or, equivalent combination of education and industry experience including a proven track record of leading projects and a design team.
