Senior architect
at LEOS Development
LEOS International is hiring a senior architect to join its team remotely.
LEOS Design, the in-house design studio of LEOS International, a design-led, high quality driven developer, is looking for a talented and experienced senior architect with a strong focus on sustainability to lead masterplan development and urban residential tower schemes in London or Dubai. As a senior architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality sustainable projects for our clients, while also mentoring and managing junior team members.

Our team of architects, designers and project managers work closely with our development team to ensure that our projects are not only aesthetically stunning but also environmentally sustainable and socially responsible.
Responsibilities:
- lead the design and development of masterplan and urban residential tower schemes with a strong focus on sustainability, from concept to completion
- manage project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- oversee and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback on their work
- work closely with clients, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- participate in business development activities, such as preparing proposals and attending client meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from a reputable university
- minimum of 10 years’ experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on sustainable design practices and technologies
- experience leading project teams and managing project budgets and timelines
- proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate sustainable design ideas to clients and stakeholders
- proven track record of successful sustainable design projects, such as LEED, BREEAM or WELL certifications and/or passive solar design principles
- experience working with clients in the Middle East is preferred but not required
