Junior production editor/studio manager

Unique Style Platform is seeking a junior production editor/studio manager to join its team in London.

Are you a fashion design or graphics graduate with an eye for detail, excellent Photoshop skills and the ability to juggle lots of things at once?
We are looking for someone to help with the production of our trend reports, manage our websites and help organise our studio in East London.
Responsibilities
Production:
- assisting and managing report layouts for Fashion, Catwalk, Lifestyle and occasionally bespoke client reports
- managing the upload of reports
- managing interns, including interviews, planning, training, overseeing jobs and feedback
- keeping our websites up to date – including correspondence with our IT consultants
Reports:
- contribute ideas for close to season, need to know, influencer and USP inspire reports, research and curate reports where required – with guidance from senior USP team members
- keep up to date with current fashion and lifestyle trends and influencers
- keep up to date with TikTok trends and curate short trend-focused reports
- contribute ideas for seasonal & monthly inspiration team meetings
Newsletters and graphics:
- manage Mailchimps for USP, UPS edit and UPS loves newsletters
- seasonal template updates and changes, suggesting new ideas to streamline and update report layouts
- designing and printing flyers, invites and graphics for events, social, websites and newsletters
Studio manager:
- organisation of the studio space
- manage office documents and files – intern documents, new freelancers, shared drives and databases
- assisting with organisation for events, including USP events, meetings, parties, lunches, birthdays etc
- setting up work meetings, such as USP inspire meetings, seasonal brainstorms, monthly analytics meeting, team building workshops – booking meeting rooms, organising Zoom or teams meetings, planning snacks and drinks and correspondence for meetings
- managing interns to help with production and general studio jobs
Personal attributes
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- open communicator willing to contribute to meetings or discussions and flag up any potential issues
- have excellent management skills
- high level of attention to detail
- proactive approach to workflow and be willing to suggest new ways of working
- proficient at Adobe Photoshop
- experience using Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and Excel spreadsheets preferred
- background in fashion, design or graphics preferred
