Darling Associates Architects is hiring an architect to join its team in London.
We are recruiting for a Revit-proficient architect with a minimum of two years’ post qualification experience in design and technical delivery on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects from concept to completion.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- qualified as an architect with sound technical understanding of UK construction processes, procedures, rules and regulations
- two to three years post-Part 3 UK professional work experience
- experience working on large residential, commercial and mixed-use projects and delivering projects using Revit across all RIBA work stages, particularly from Stage 3 onwards
- experience of working on work shared projects, managing highly complex Revit models and coordinating with other consultants in a 3D environment
- good understanding of BIM process and and workflow fundamentals as well as BIM industry standards
- knowledge of NBS Chorus advantageous
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong technical delivery expertise
- possess strong people skills and leadership skills
