Job description:
We are seeking an experienced creative support recruitment consultant or someone with a background in the design industry to join our dynamic team. As a recruitment consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing and placing candidates in various creative support roles within design firms. Your knowledge and understanding of the design industry, combined with your recruitment expertise, will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:

- identify and attract top talents for creative support roles, such as office managers, marketing professionals and other administrative positions within design firms
- develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the design industry, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match between candidates’ skills and experience and clients’ requirements
- proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals
- maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and actively manage their placement process
- act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the creative support recruitment space
- meet individual and team targets for placements and revenue generation
- collaborate with the broader recruitment team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the company
Requirements:
- a background in the design industry, such as office management, marketing or working within a design firm
- passion and strong interest in the design, architecture and creative industries
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships
