Snøhetta is hiring an office manager to join its team in Paris.

Composed of about thirty architects, the French agency is in full development, with many projects in progress. In order to support this development, Snøhetta is looking for an office manager, in charge of monitoring the agency’s accounts, human resources management and the daily life of the agency. The office manager plays a cross-functional coordination role within the agency alongside the general manager.

He/she is responsible for coordinating the management of human resources (resource management, leave planning, establishment of employment contracts, documents necessary for the establishment of payslips, management of restaurant tickets).

He/she also ensures the management of finances (analytical accounting by project, establishment of invoices, customer reminders) and the budget (establishment of the cash flow plan, monitoring of the execution of the budget for year N, participation in the development of the N+1 budget, interface with the accounting firm).

He/she assists in the functioning of the structure and is in charge of all administrative operations. These consist of processing the mail, organising the agency’s agenda and the main meetings, ordering supplies, organising the recruitment and reception of trainees and ensuring the day-to-day work of the agency.

He/she is able to write summaries and reports, to develop and present reports and balance sheets.

He/she ensures communication between the general manager and the various internal interlocutors, in particular with Snøhetta headquarters. As such, he/she has a good level of operational English. He/she also manages part of the external communication, ensuring contact with customers, suppliers and banks. Finally, he/she has a mission of interfacing with the collaborators for all that is related to the working environment.

  • proficiency in office software
  • excellent level of French and English both written and spoken
  • trained as an assistant manager, SME management, accounting required

This is a permanent position based in Paris. The start date is as soon as possible. Attractive salary to be discussed.
