Brand creative manager
at RBW
RBW Studio is looking for a brand creative manager to join its team in New York.
The brand creative manager will work within the marketing team to build and grow RBW as a premium, polished and approachable brand within the design lighting industry. You’ll be responsible for designing strategies, campaigns, events and projects to educate and inform our customers about our brand and products. You’ll craft narratives and stories for our interior design-driven market segments to drive brand attachment and product sales, across North American and international territories. Working in a highly collaborative team environment including product development, operations and sales, you’ll oversee the production of our content, communications and customer experience, including but not limited to presentations, showroom and digital. Working with the director of brand marketing and leadership team, you’ll support the development of our annual go-to-market focus and strategy. You’ll help identify and hire our contract creative resources, managing project-based budgets with an eye towards results and analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- design and implementation of unified brand voice and tone
- accountable for all communication channel strategy and content delivery
- oversee budgeting and implementation of marketing events
- responsible for hosted event strategy, calendar and implementation
- accountable for press and publicist goals and project management
- implementation of marketing communications strategy
- accountable for brand, product and direct selling propositions
- accountable for product marketing creative direction with support from creative project lead and digital design lead
- support development and responsible for implementation of brand strategy design and delivery
- support new product opportunity research and new product strategy development
- showroom programming design and implementation
- accountable for sales team product knowledge and readiness
- accountable for marketing communications calendar
- support facilitation of product advisory board
- support senior relationships and brand partnerships with related industries and markets
- responsible for campaign design and implementation
- accountable for showroom experience design, product marketing and creative direction
- responsible for leadership, performance management and goal setting of creative project lead
