Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design is hiring a creative designer/stylist for custom yacht interiors to join its team in Utrecht, Netherlands.
At Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design we create fully custom super yacht designs for clients in the highest segment of the market. Check out our creations on our website here. Today our international team is looking for an experienced creative designer/stylist who can help us to create custom yacht interior designs to perfection, in full compliance with the design quality typical for Sinot.
Your tasks:
- taking the lead in developing creative full custom designs and design directions for spaces/rooms, furniture, styling and materials according to art direction
- produce sketches, drawings, floor plans and idea/mood/style/materials boards to communicate creative designs and design directions to the art director
- enhance and improve interior space functionality and style by designing and modifying architectural elements and arranging furniture, furnishings, FF&E and artwork up to final design phase
- creation of presentations, detailed briefings for CGI artists, design and collection of material samples and control of all required project documentation and schedules
- execution of projects in close cooperation with art director/senior designers/CGI artists/design engineers as a project team member and independently
Your qualifications:
- four to eight years professional experience as a creative interior designer in super yacht industry and/or high-end luxury interior markets, reflected in a recent portfolio
- excellence in creating superb full custom interior designs
- great knowledge of suppliers, manufacturers, production technology and materials
- professional organisation, communication and presentation skills which directly relate towards workflow and deadlines
- able to work in a fast-paced, international and highly dynamic environment on demanding projects with a passionate creative team
- full mastery of Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, MS Office and English language required
- responsible, proactive, organised and a sharp eye for detail
- living in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands, a valid permit to work in the EU is required
