Atlason Studio is seeking a creative service manager to join its team in New York.
Atlason Studio is looking for a meticulous and organised creative services manager to join our design team. This is a permanent role, based in SoHo, New York.
In this job, you will be orchestrating the day-to-day of our industrial design studio. Translating client expectations, feedback and behaviours to the design team in order to deliver on projects.
Responsibilities
Account management:
- management of client relations
- coordinating and attending meetings and presentations
- overview of deliverables
- generating reports and updates
Creative services:
- writing project proposals and creating estimates
- planning projects and reviewing contracts
- managing time and resources for internal design team and external contractors
- invoicing
Business development:
- answering to new business inquiries
- working with existing clients, advancing new projects
- promoting the studio and capabilities externally
- managing content creation and scheduling for social media
Strategy and presentation (occasionally):
- coming up with design strategies for projects
- structuring and creating design presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or industrial design
- five years of experience in project management (creative teams) and account management
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- social media fluency
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite applications
- able to lead projects independently
- positive and infectious attitude
- able to commute daily to our studio’s location in SoHo
Salary commensurate with experience: $85k–110k
