The White Wall Company is hiring a studio manager to join its team in London.
The White Wall Company is an art fabrication and installation company. We are looking for an experienced studio manager to join our friendly and creative team.
This is a great opportunity to be involved with projects from the early planning stages through to onsite installation. You’ll be involved in coordinating project schedules and project managers. There is scope to develop the role in a way that suits you and your skill set.
Essential skills:
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- highly organised
- open, friendly and able to build relationships across our team, suppliers and clients
- flexible, calm and constructive under pressure
- office 365 – Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
- at least two plus years experience in an administrative/planning role in which you juggled multiple projects
Helpful but not essential:
- experience working in the arts industry and/or art fabrication
- experience organising site installation or construction phases onsite
- some ability to read CAD drawings
We have a mezzanine office above our fabrication workshops in Thamesmead. The role is full-time and office-based. The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
