Frame is recruiting for an experienced director for a strategic architectural consultancy based in London.

The role
Your role will focus on the delivery of strategic consultancy and projects, working with and directing internal and external project teams. You will also be responsible for developing new project management procedures to assist with smooth project delivery. You will oversee and lead multiple projects from inception to completion, liaising with the other directors to avoid bottlenecks.
As a director, you will be responsible for leading and project managing deliverables, liaising with key clients and assisting in winning new business. You will have an international mindset and travel to projects/workshops a few times a year to meet with your clients.
Requirements:
- architectural degree(s) or equivalent
- background in master planning, architecture or urban design
- design/project management experience
- strong analytical, communication, visual and numerical skills
The compensation
Along with a competitive salary, the company offers hybrid working of two days a week from home. You will spend the rest of your week working from their purpose built headquarters in Central London and travelling to sites, client meetings or workshops. There is a generous annual holiday allowance of 23 days, plus Christmas closure and bank holidays. You will also enjoy private medical cover and an enhanced company pension. A discretionary bonus of up to 20 per cent is awarded annually based on company profit.
