Carlo Ratti Associati (CRA) is seeking an HR specialist to join its team in Turin, Italy.

The Carlo Ratti Associati Group is looking for an HR specialist who reports directly to the group CEO and has direct contact with the entire group management and external consultants. To date, the Carlo Ratti Associati Group consists of several start-ups active in the field of robotics and innovation and a highly innovative architectural design and planning studio. The working environment is dynamic and continuously expanding.

The candidate will have the objective of managing and implementing HR processes and specific projects in collaboration with all company functions, with reference to the macro-processes of selection, training, development and organisation.

Specifically, the candidate will:

  • be in charge of coordinating and monitoring personnel costs, jointly with the finance and controlling area
  • collaborate in the preparation of training plans for employees and the organisation of HR events, as well as in setting up the company welfare system
  • coordinate recruitment plans and talent acquisition across different companies
  • work with different business functions to identify training needs and coordinate their organisation
  • manage assessment and talent management processes by designing specific development plans to support career paths

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in humanities-psychology
  • theoretical knowledge of personnel management levers
  • knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining agreements (metalmeccanico and studi professionali)
  • skills in analysing the items that are in the payroll
  • skill in analysing and monitoring personnel costs
  • confidentiality and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian
  • at least three years of experience in a related role
  • strong organisational skills combined with strong goal orientation and good leadership skills complete the profile
  • at least one overseas experience is welcome
