Hayden Nash Consultants is recruiting a senior associate on behalf of DPA Lighting Consultants in Oxfordshire, UK.
The salary of this role is £70,000 to £80,000 basic plus bonus/profit share and international travel.

You will be managing and running a team of lighting designers throughout the life cycle of multiple projects, involved in resourcing, performance management, business development and commercial tracking. You will be building relationships with existing clients and forming strong bonds with new clients and winning new work on an on-going basis. Within your remit of delivering projects of a world class quality, it is expected that you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery.
The ideal candidate should have 20 years of experience within all applications including hospitality (and ideally cruise ships) working for a fee-based design consultancy. You should have a proven track record of running teams and delivering high class work consistently through leadership, inspiration and offering innovative solutions. You should have a balance of both technical and creative skills and be competent working on luxury/prestigious projects including five-star restaurants, hotels and spas focussing on the level of detail required.
