Dematerial is looking for an unreal engine technical artist to help advise and work on exciting upcoming projects on a freelance basis in London.

Further down the line there is the opportunity for full time employment and career development in an early but growing visual communication business.

Requirements:

  • applicants must have a good understanding of Unreal Engine 5 (see detail below)
  • proactive by nature and excited by new ideas and technologies
  • excellent visual and verbal communication skills
  • high quality standards for their work
  • fluent written and spoken English
  • effective teamwork skills

Knowledge within UE5 required:

  • advanced knowledge of scripting and blueprints
  • 3D modeller, material/texture designer
  • experience with Revit and Datasmith
  • able to create stills, animations and VR experiences
  • excellent communication and a high standard of written and verbal communication

Equipment and software:

  • Unreal Engine 5
  • equipped with their own PC and rendering hardware

This is a freelance position; applicants should be self-employed and able to send invoices.

Hourly rate: commensurate with experience
