Architect

Weave Architects is looking for an architect with a minimum of two years experience to join its team in London.
We are offering a full-time placement at our vibrant practice in Wandsworth, undertaking various new-build and refurbishment projects for private clients across London and Surrey offering thoughtful contemporary designs and solutions.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to job run various projects at different stages in a supportive environment. The practice is looking for someone to grow with the practice and establish themselves as a core member of the team.
The company is expected to oversee a number of projects on site in 2024 and it would be a great opportunity to gain some experience in this area.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- working with clients and/or client representatives
- project running to the minimum RIBA stages of work 3 to 5
- detailed design, some design flair
- familiarity with housing design, planning and building regs standards in the UK
- ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- fluency in English
- familiarity with Archicad is desirable but not essential
Start date will be confirmed on successful appointment.
