SRLA has a vacancy for an architectural CAD/Revit technician/draftsperson to join its team in Skibbereen, Ireland.
We are looking for an experienced and talented Architectural CAD/Revit technician/draftsperson to join its friendly team of design professionals. We are looking for someone hardworking and motivated, and able to manage and prioritise multiple projects as part of an agile high-performing remote team. The ability to work collaboratively and diligently will be expected. Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required. Proficiency in Adobe suite and graphical skills, Lumion an advantage.

Projects include exciting hospitality and regeneration projects in Europe, large-scale masterplanning projects in Asia, as well as hotels and resorts in the Mediterranean and the Middle East. SRLA is based in Ireland, with plans to expand in Europe in the near future.

Location – fully flexible (remote or hybrid)
Our rural office is located in a beautiful, bustling market town in the West of Ireland (Skibbereen, West Cork) with good restaurants and music, surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes and the dramatic coastline of the Atlantic Ocean.
Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.
Your profile:
- architectural technology qualifications
- landscape architecture industry experience is favourable
- ability to produce high quality landscape/architectural drawings
- excellent communication skills, a practical thinker and a good problem-solver
- efficient and highly organised, with great attention to detail
- passion for sustainability and design
- ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings and designs
- ability to prioritise work and priorities in fast-paced environment
- collegial and collaborative
- expert proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit is required; proficiency in Rhino 3D, Adobe suite and graphical skills an advantage
- fluent in English
Key responsibilities:
- design/technical expertise – deliver high-quality technical drawings of landscapes, civil details; CAD and Revit experience essential
- project management – you have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently to achieve a reasonable volume of high-quality output
- team management – working in a collaborative and supportive manner and able to build strong, successful working relationships
- communication – effective communications to ensure project deliverables are achieved
