What will you be responsible for?
- lead and manage interior design projects for our clients, from concept development to project completion
- collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand identity, vision, and business goals
- create innovative and practical design concepts tailored to the unique requirements of each project
- develop detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture selection, lighting design, and material specifications
- ensure that projects are executed within budget and on schedule, collaborating with the project management and construction teams.
- stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
- play a key role in business development by fostering client relationships and identifying new opportunities, overseeing the works on site and resolving ad-hoc queries from the contractors
- organised with good time-management and project-juggling skills
- regular client site visits to track project progress
What can you bring to the table?
- proven experience in commercial office fit-out
- proficiency in design software – Revit (mandatory)
- exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- a portfolio showcasing a successful track record in commercial interior design
- strong knowledge of commercial design codes, regulations, and industry standards
- ability to inspire and mentor junior design team members.
- proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
