Shaw Studios is seeking a junior interior designer to join its team in London.

We deliver high-end commercial fit-out projects, working on the feasibility, concept and delivery of projects with varying requirements and drivers. Our studio is a friendly, creative place to work where all members of the team are encouraged to input into the creative process.

The successful candidate will be a creative, dedicated and an enthusiastic individual with a passion to learn and develop their skills.

Key responsibilities:

• work closely with the senior team across projects
• have excellent communication and presentation skills
• support the team to assemble mood boards and presentations
• compile working drawings and specifications with the support of the senior team
• liaise with suppliers to gain insights and knowledge of products, finishes and industry events

Knowledge and experience:

• working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and SketchUp
• candidates should have degree-level qualifications in design; we will consider graduates and candidates with some experience in working on projects in London, preferably in the workplace sector
• communication is key and the role requires fluent spoken and written English
• must live within commutable distance of London
