Wire Collective is looking for an office manager to join its team in London.

Wire Collective is an award-winning architectural visualisation studio based in Hackney, London, with a second office in Valencia. Since 2014, we have partnered with some of the world’s leading architects, designers, and developers, creating striking and bespoke CGI visuals and animations for major projects globally.

With an expanding portfolio and a growing international team, we are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our London studio, to smoothly run our operations.

The role

As our office manager you will play a key role in ensuring a flawless running of the studio. Provide support to senior management, and help create a friendly and productive working environment. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities:

  • oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow across the studio
  • act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
  • manage supplier relationships, contracts, and office services
  • organise company and projects documentation
  • support HR processes including onboarding new team members, payroll and annual leave management
  • coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members
  • assist senior management with scheduling meetings and reporting
  • support company’s events, team activities, and client-facing initiatives
  • help create a positive, collaborative, and creative studio’s culture

Your skills and experience

Essential:

  • proven experience as an Office Manager, Studio Manager, or similar administrative role for a minimum one to two years (junior to mid level)
  • strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently, manage priorities and be a good team player

Desirable:

  • previous experience within an architectural, design, or creative studio environment
  • familiarity with project management or resource planning tools
  • interest in architecture, design, or visualisation
  • knowledge of Spanish language
