Part 2 architectural assistant

ACH Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London full-time.
ACH is an architecture and interior design studio currently working on an exciting range of high-end residential and mixed-use projects in the UK and abroad. The approach we take is holistic, contextual and inquisitive with an emphasis on elegant design. We appreciate imaginative craftsmanship and utilise tailored solutions to add value to our projects.
The role
This role is a great opportunity for someone who takes initiative, is technically proficient, organised, and self-motivated. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience of RIBA stage 4 and are comfortable with detail and technical drawing, skilled Revit is a must. As a smaller studio you’ll be a part of every aspect of the design process, from concept to completion, providing you with the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of the company as well as your own development.
Key responsibilities:
- working on RIBA stage 4 packages
- technical drawings and detailing
- answering tender queries
- visiting site
- liaising with clients and contractors as part of project management
- specifying products
You should have:
- excellent design and technical skills
- minimum of two years’ industry experience
- Skilled in Revit, proficient in AutoCad and Adobe Suite
- experience in developing construction drawings
- RIBA stage 4 experience
- a positive attitude, good team-working skills and self-motivated
- excellent communication and a good command of both written and spoken English
- current eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
