Mei Architects and Planners is a Dutch architecture firm founded by Robert Winkel in 2003. The studio's expertise is in redevelopment, transformation, urban planning and inner-city development projects. Based in Rotterdam, the firm is made up of a team of over 25 design professionals, including architects, interior designers and sustainability experts. Other completed projects include residential and mixed-use schemes across the Netherlands and wider Europe.
