PULI innovation by Paul Priestman is a travel and transport research design and innovation company founded in 2023 by Paul Priestman.

The firm is based in Shanghai and employs a team of between ten and 50 employees consisting of a management team, researchers, communications specialists, project managers, transport designers, products designers and design engineers.

Projects span all forms of future transport including human-powered, road, rail, ship and aerospace solutions with an emphasis on sustainability.
