Uncommon Projects is a London furniture company founded by architect Alan Drumm and product designer James Hoy in 2011.

The company designs, manufactures and installs its bespoke kitchens and furniture across London and throughout the UK. Its projects range from freestanding and fitted kitchen furniture to full home redesigns created in collaboration with architects.

All products are created with the company’s signature material: plywood and ranges from seating, cabinetry, kitchen and bedroom furniture.
