Delvendahl Martin is looking for a Part 3 architect to join its growing team in London.

Part 3 architect

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed qualified architect to join our team. As an experienced architect, you would be involved in projects through all stages from conception to construction, liaising closely with clients, consultants and contractors.

Applicants will need to demonstrate that they have:

• minimum of three years’ experience of UK construction projects, working with both new and existing buildings
• experience within housing/large residential developments will be beneficial
• excellent design and presentation skills
• solid construction and technical knowledge
• strong project coordination skills, job-running efficiency
• experience of contract administration is a bonus
• ability to take responsibility and initiative, meet deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
• thorough knowledge of UK building regulations and planning.
• excellent interpersonal skills and clear and concise communication skills
• ability to lead more junior members of the team
• the office uses Vectorworks so experience in the software would be a plus
