Classified editorial intern
at Dezeen
Dezeen is offering a three-month editorial internship on its partnerships team in London.
Dezeen is the world’s most popular and influential architecture and design magazine, with a readership of over three million monthly users.
We are looking for a bright, ambitious and organised person to help coordinate, produce and optimise content for our classified commercial services including our new Dezeen Courses section, Dezeen School Shows and Dezeen Showroom.
Duties will include:
- responding to content enquiries and submissions
- editing and publishing course listings and school show posts
- writing, scheduling and posting classified editorial content on Dezeen’s social media channels
- assisting with general admin duties, including issuing of booking forms and invoices
- creating banner artwork for marketing purposes
We want someone who is highly motivated and can excel in a fast-paced environment. You must have impeccable standards of written English, care deeply about grammar and punctuation, and have an eye for a strong image.
The ideal candidate will have experience in WordPress and Adobe Photoshop. A keen interest in architecture and design will be an advantage.
You must be available to work full-time for a minimum of three months and be able to start as soon as possible. This is a paid position.
The position is based at Dezeen’s office in Hoxton, London, UK. However, due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the role will initially require a significant amount of remote working. Staff are currently required to come into the office at least once a week.
