Part-III project architect

dRMM is looking for a Part-III project architect in London. 

dRMM Architects is an award-winning, design-led studio based in London Bridge. We are an international team working on a diverse and exciting range of projects.

Due to an increasing workload and recent commissions, we are seeking an experienced Part-III project architect to join our team to work on one of an exciting array of projects.

Applicants must be RIBA Part-III qualified, or equivalent, with experience of running projects previously and have a high level of design competency.

You will be expected to organise the work of the project team, oversee team members and engage with project-running duties. Responsibilities will include coordinating design team actions, running design team meetings, liaising with clients and statutory authorities and developing architectural solutions from concept to technical design and construction stages.

Fluency in Vectorworks and/or Revit, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, and Rhino software is advantageous.

The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills, be well-organised and have a proven track record of working independently and as part of a team through all project work stages. You will have a sound knowledge of UK planning and building regulations. Experience of large-scale residential or hotel projects is beneficial.
