Part 2 architectural assistant

Echlin is looking for a talented Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
You will be working alongside the existing team of Part 3 qualified architects and designers.
Role: Part 2 architectural assistant
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience
Echlin is a young, design-led company that specialises in high end residential projects, both our own developments as well as private commissions. This is an ideal opportunity to get involved in some very exciting and notable London projects, seeing them from concept through to completion.
Prospective candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- a strong portfolio, showcasing exceptional presentation, design and drawing skills
- high end residential experience
- clarity and confidence in communication; in writing, drawing, on screen and in person
- proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Rhino and Enscape
- excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- self-motivation, proactivity, initiative and team-working experience
- relevant work permits and must already be living in the UK at the time of application
