HWCD Associates has an opportunity for an interior designer to join its busy London team. 

Introduction:

We are an award-winning interior and architectural design company with an impressive client base in both London and the Far East. For our fast growing high-end residential business, we are seeking new interior designers to join our team in our London office.

Job type: full-time
Location: Angel, London

Qualifications:

• bachelor’s degree in interior design, interior architecture or equivalent
• two-five years’ experience in interior design or equivalent
• proficiency in Adobe creative suite such as Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketchup and InDesign
• 3D rendering skill desirable but not essential
• must be able to work in the UK legally
• familiarity with luxury interior design a plus

Duties and responsibilities:

• develop concept designs for high end residential projects
• visualise concept designs and present to clients, sometimes in the form of a pitch
• work with and coordinate with various teams within company to further develop the design into different stages
• ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate

Personal qualities:

• good communicator. Knows how to handle high net worth clients
• pay attention to client’s needs
• strong team player. Being able to work with colleagues, sometimes remotely
• excellent spoken and written English
• being able to work with tight deadlines
• organised and has an eye on details
