Landscape architects/designers
Martha Schwartz Partners is looking for landscape architects/designers with over four years’ experience to join its team in London.
These positions are three-month contracts.
Candidates should be highly motivated, proactive and have a Bachelor’s Degree, diploma. They are required to be excellent in Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign. They must also demonstrate skills sets in hand sketching and model making.

Design excellence:
- ensures that MSP remains at the forefront of cutting-edge design solutions and that the company’s vision, mission and goals are advanced
- ensures that all design work is completed to the highest standard and in line with the company strategy/philosophy and QA systems and procedures
Team:
- develop, mentors and inspire junior members of staff to strive for design and technical excellence.
Project involvement:
- assist and support in the overall design and production of all project-based deliverables
- ensure the overall design direction of the project is fulfilled as directed by the senior designer
- ensure that daily tasks that have been assigned are completed by the end of each day
- ensure that you report to the senior designer at the end of each day relating to the completion of your tasks
- participate in design reviews
- ensure highest quality technical standards are met on each project (working under the direction of the directors, associates and senior designers)
- identify opportunities to improve the quality/format of the end product in co-ordination with the senior designer
- assist the senior designer in the coordination with external consultancy teams involved in projects
- assist the senior designer in maintaining project files and records
- assist the senior designer in sending and receiving project information
Regular meetings:
- weekly staff meeting
- weekly PM meeting
- attend regular CPD presentations
