Mohamed Harasani Architects is seeking an associate-level architect to join its team in London.

Mohamed Harasani Architects is an architectural company based in London and Jeddah. Since 1985, MHA has grown from its Jeddah roots into one of Saudi Arabia’s leading practices, with nearly four decades behind it and over 300 completed projects across the Middle East, UK and US.

Mohamed Harasani, the founder of MHA, has deep-rooted connections to London and is an alumnus of the Architectural Association. Vincent Konaté, the director of our London office, is a French architect with extensive experience at OMA, ZHA, BIG and Herzog & de Meuron.

We are seeking an associate-level architect to join our London office and take a leading role in the delivery of our diverse portfolio of projects. Reporting directly to the director, the successful candidate will run projects end to end, lead and develop project teams and act as a principal point of contact for clients and consultants.

Ideal candidate:

• minimum eight years’ architectural experience post-Part 3
• ARB registered, or holding an equivalent international registration
• proven track record leading projects from concept through to completion
• strong command of general arrangements and detailing, with the judgement to set and maintain design quality across a team
• experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and coordinating design packages
• confidence in a client-facing role, including presenting design proposals and chairing meetings
• experience with international projects and the coordination demands they bring
• proficiency in Rhino

Additional qualifications:

• proficiency in Revit
• experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to studio culture
• involvement in bids, fee proposals, or business development
• prior experience in the Middle East, particularly KSA
• fluency in Arabic is advantageous
