Senior architect
OHLAB is looking for an experienced senior architect to join its team in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
OHLAB is a young, award-winning architecture and interior design office currently involved in a new exciting and diverse portfolio of projects.
Requirements:
- eight years minimum of post-graduate experience in architecture, interior design, construction and project management in Spain
- international experience is a plus
- ability to lead teams, collaborate and coordinate with other firms and public organizations
- strong in Autocad, presto or similar, Indesign, Project, Photoshop and 3D preferably 3dsmax and Vray
- fluent in English and Spanish
- with experience and skills in producing and coordinating design development and construction documents Proyecto Básico y Proyecto de Ejecución, drawings sets, quantity bills – mediciones and permits
- extensive experience with Spanish code regulations, general planning and construction process
- hotel and retail experience
- comfortable in working under pressure with tight time frames
