Salary: £49,000-£51,000
Hours: Full time, permanent
This is an important role within the RIBA and architectural profession in London. It involves working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including our largest group of members, to oversee the creation and delivery of activities that add value to RIBA membership in the capital and ensure the RIBA is essential for architects to be part of.
You will have a strong track record of managing budgets and people and delivering against priorities. You will be confident in developing and coaching individuals and creating strong teams where people can achieve their best whilst responding to a range of different needs and expectations and encouraging internal collaboration. You will be comfortable with change, being flexible and adaptable.
You will have a passion for architecture and be aware of the differences architects make to London. You will have experience of successfully influencing the policy environment for architects in London whilst working to corporate standards and models.
Reporting to the director nations and regions, you will be based in our central London office but will be expected to travel frequently around London and occasionally the rest of the UK.
