Tatjana von Stein is looking for a studio manager and sales support to join its team in London, UK.
Operating both as an interior design studio as well a luxury furniture design firm, the interiors business (formerly known as Sella Concept) is a London-based design studio that creates intuitive client interiors. Our spaces range from Residential to Michelin-starred restaurants, members’ clubs and hotels – working across multiple locations, including London, New York, Paris, Zurich and Mallorca.
Tatjana unveiled her debut furniture collection, Mise en SceÌ€ne, as part of her new brand in May 2024. To date, Tatjana has been recognised globally in the design press world by Architectural Digest, FT How To Spend It, Elle Decoration, AD France and House & Garden. Inspired by her passion for movement, dance and theatre, the first collection captures Tatjana’s distinctive, luxurious, transportive style and love for modernist aesthetics whilst reflecting her long-standing passion for exceptional craftsmanship. Each design is skilfully produced in collaboration with France’s finest artisans to create contemporary collectibles.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on accuracy. Attention to detail, proactivity, the ability to use your initiative and to stay calm under pressure are essential for this role.
An enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude towards colleagues and clients, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and take great pride in your work to deliver an elevated customer experience.
Sales support role
This part of the role is the most integral part of our team. You will work closely with the sales team, the French workshops and be the point of contact for all clients to ensure the smooth processing and production of all orders and running of the showroom. We are looking for a highly organised, efficient, charming new member to join our team who can handle client requests with elegance as well as efficiently manage production process with the factory to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Studio management
This role is pivotal to ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the TvS studio and some PA tasks to Tatjana. Providing support to the design team to enable them to carry out their job roles effectively as well as ensuring the office and showrooms are kept to the required standard expected of a luxury interior design studio. You will need to be highly organised and able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, working seamlessly between both the interiors and furniture parts of the business, and relevant teams on both sides.
