Part-III architect

The Arts Club is looking for a Part-III architect to join its growing team in London.

Introduction

The Arts Club has a history in delivering excellence in hospitality and design. There is now a unique opportunity for a Part-III architect to join its growing team as The Arts Club enters a new chapter of expansion.

The Arts Club has an international team working on a diverse and exciting range of projects.  The role will require working with both the in-house team and external partners to deliver projects from inception to completion.

Background and history

The Arts Club has a proud heritage of 152 years, supporting the arts in varying forms. HRH Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh, is our Patron.

The Arts Club was founded in 1863 by great visionaries, including Charles Dickens, in order to provide a haven for those people who had professional or amateur relationships with the arts, literature or sciences. The Arts Club has provided this hospitality and friendship ever since, having survived two world wars, including a direct hit on its Clubhouse during The Blitz in 1940.

The Arts Club relocated to its present elegant 18th Century town house at 40 Dover Street in 1896, affording its members a comfortable and impressive base in Mayfair. In September 2011, the Club re-launched after under-going a complete renovation, transforming it into a truly venerable institution.
