    Senior Interior Architect (Project Lead) Company: Zeynep Cecen Ltd Location: UK (Hybrid / Site-based as required) Type: Full-time

    About the Studio :-Zeynep Cecen Ltd is a design-led interior architecture studio working on high-end residential projects. Our work is defined by a refined, minimal approach with a strong focus on materiality, proportion, and spatial clarity. As the studio grows, we are looking to strengthen our core team with someone who can take ownership of project delivery and elevate both speed and quality across all stages. The Role This is a key leadership role within the studio. You will act as the project lead across multiple schemes, ensuring that all work is delivered efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for driving projects forward day-to-day, supporting and overseeing a junior designer, and ensuring nothing falls behind. You will work closely with the Director, who will remain focused on design direction. Your role is to translate that vision into clear, coordinated, and deliverable outputs.

    Key Responsibilities

    ● Lead projects from concept through to technical delivery and site

    ● Take ownership of timelines, outputs, and overall project progress

    ● Manage and support the junior interior designer — ensuring speed, clarity, and quality of work

    ● Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages (plans, elevations, joinery, technical details)

    ● Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external consultants

    ● Attend site meetings and ensure design intent is executed correctly

    ● Identify issues early and proactively resolve them

    ● Report clearly and efficiently to the Director to enable fast decision-making

    What We’re Looking For

    ● 5+ years’ experience in interior architecture (high-end residential preferred)

    ● Strong technical ability and confidence producing detailed drawing packages

    ● Proven experience managing projects independently

    ● Ability to drive pace — not just produce work, but move projects forward ● Strong organisational and communication skills

    ● Comfortable managing others and holding standards

    ● Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); SketchUp / Adobe Suite preferred
