Allies and Morrison is seeking a computational designer to join its team in London.
Allies and Morrison is an award-winning, ISO 19650-accredited architectural and urban planning practice with studios in London, Cambridge, Manchester, Dublin, Jeddah and Toronto. Our diverse portfolio spans masterplans, housing, cultural institutions, education, healthcare, and commercial buildings—delivered for public, private, and institutional clients.
We are looking for a talented computational designer to join our central design technology team. This is a pivotal role focused on advancing the efficiency of our architectural workflows and driving innovation across the practice.
Working closely with the head of design technology and the automation and tool development lead, you will help ensure our architectural software ecosystem is well-supported, resilient, and continuously evolving. You’ll also lead and contribute to R&D initiatives, shaping modelling standards and developing content libraries that support design excellence.

What we’re looking for:
- minimum two years’ experience in a computational design role within an architectural practice
- expert-level proficiency in Rhino
- strong interest in emerging technologies and digital innovation
- experience with BIM workflows and environmental analysis tools (advantageous)
