SCP is seeking a wholesale and trade sales associate to join its team in London.

Full-time maternity cover.

Temporary contract (9-12 months).

SCP is seeking a Wholesale & Trade Sales Associate to join its team as a maternity cover. This role is for a personable individual with natural flair for sales and relationship building. You will work closely with the Residential Sales person, supporting each other with order processing and client enquiries.

The role:

• Manage SCP wholesale accounts and enquiries
• Generate purchase orders and process sales in a timely manner
• Maintain and improve existing customer relationships
• Develop strategies for growth of SCP wholesale
• Maintaining SCP own brand pricelist and marketing materials
• Produce weekly sales report, sales analysis and production forecasts
• Produce weekly outstanding customer order report and sales forecast
• Host weekly department meeting with Founder/Managing Director
• Assist with trade fairs and showroom events
• Assist showroom sales team when necessary

The person:

• Experienced in furniture and design industry with an appreciation of good design
• Well organised and can manage admin with efficiency and attention to detail
• A people’s person who is confident in developing client relationships
• Strong numeracy skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Overall technical aptitude should come as standard
