DREAM is hiring an architect to join its team in Paris.
Position
- we are looking for a motivated and creative architect to join our competitions team
- you will be mainly involved in the early design and concept phases, playing a key role in the development of ideas, graphic production, and the presentation of projects
- the role requires strong teamwork skills, rigor, and a genuine conceptual and aesthetic sensitivity

- strong conceptual, design and graphic skills
- experience with technical detailing, construction documentation
- ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
- ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team
- ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
- strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- the ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from managers
- great interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with teammates
- a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
- collaboration experience is preferred
Required skills and experience:
- a professional degree in architecture
- two to three years’ of architectural experience minimum
- proficiency with Rhino, Autocad, D5 or Lumion, Adobe Suite is required; Grasshopper is a plus
- excellent communication skills, fluency in French is a plus
