About you
You are a design-conscious Architect or Architectural Technician with proven experience in technical package production and ArchiCAD;
What matters most is that you have a minimum (3) years’ experience in preparing Stage 4 technical and interior fit out packages for Tender and Construction in high end residential design;
You will have a full understanding of construction methodology in the U.K. and be a self-starter when it comes to construction detailing;
You will have a full understanding of the sensitivities around high end, design focused, internal fit out detailing to do with bathroom, kitchen, and joinery packages;
You bring a minimum of 3 year’s full-time professional and current experience in ArchiCAD.
The role
You will be working closely with our project leaders across a number of residential and commercial projects.
The role is a fixed term contract with the possibility to extend to permanent
In the immediacy your responsibilities will include:
- preparation of detailed production information packages for the purpose of tender and construction, to include details, NBS specifications and the appropriate schedules using ArchiCAD
- liaise with external consultants and coordinate their work into the works packages
- deputise for the project leader in attending project and site meetings
- ensure design intent is maintained across all project stages
- manage and organise project files and documentation.
