Peter Mikic Studio is seeking a PA to join its team in London.
Peter Mikic Studio is an award-winning interior design practice based in Central London, known for creating beautifully layered, elegant, and playful spaces. We are looking for a highly organised, adaptable, and resourceful personal assistant to support Peter.
This is a busy, fast-paced role that requires someone calm under pressure, quick to think on their feet, and happy to pivot when priorities change. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an interior design studio and a clear understanding of how these creative environments operate.
Key responsibilities:
- full diary and email management for Peter, including both business meetings and personal engagements
- coordinating national and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- liaising with clients, photographers, stylists, and magazine editors for press and project features
- supporting the studio manager with PR activity, project coordination, and general studio administration
- managing deliveries, couriers, and other day-to-day logistics
- preparing correspondence, presentations, and client documentation as needed
- ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
Key skills and attributes:
- proven experience as a PA within a design studio (this is essential)
- excellent working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- strong communication and organisation skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- proactive and solution-oriented, able to anticipate needs and respond quickly to changing priorities
- comfortable liaising with high-profile clients and creative collaborators
- calm, professional, and unflappable in a fast-moving environment
- must be a UK resident or hold UK settled status
