Architecture and design associate/project manager

OSP Architecture is seeking an architecture and design associate/project manager to join its team in Bristol or Surrey, UK.
We’re seeking an experienced associate to lead architectural and design projects, support and inspire project teams, and maintain exceptional design quality. You’ll play a key role in client relationships, project delivery, and promoting excellence across every stage of work.
What we’re looking for:
- professionally qualified (ARB, RTPI, RICS, CIAT or similar; five plus years’ post-qualification)
- strong leadership and management experience
- skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Suite
- excellent design, presentation, and communication skills
- layout design, ideally with national house builders
- knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
- construction site experience
Desirable:
- RIBA, CSS or similar accreditation
- flexibility to work across all RIBA stages from 0-7
