Anthro Architecture is looking for two RIBA Part 2+ architectural assistants to join its growing studio in Leigh-on-Sea, UK.

We’re an award-winning, design-focused practice that values curiosity, craft, and collaboration. Our projects are diverse – from bespoke coastal homes to creative interior spaces – and our studio has a friendly, hands-on atmosphere where ideas are shared, models are made, and every voice matters.
What we’re looking for:
- a minimum of one year’s experience in professional practice (UK experience essential)
- a good eye for design and detail
- Vectorworks experience is a bonus (but not essential)
- confidence with the Adobe Creative Suite and model-making skills are ideal
The role is full-time and studio-based, though we’re open to some flexible WFH arrangements. The position starts in January 2026.
Salary: from £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and potential.
